By accessing or using the Education Expo website, mobile application, or related digital platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”), YOU agree to be bound by these Terms of Use with Education Expo (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”). If YOU do not agree with these Terms, YOU must not access or use the Platforms.

1. Eligibility

YOU must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate under applicable laws. YOU agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and participation. WE reserve the right to deny access to any user who does not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Permitted Use

The Platforms are intended solely for:

  • Event registration and participation
  • Viewing schedules, agendas, and official materials
  • Professional networking and engagement
  • Accessing event-related content and communications

YOU agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Platforms
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse data
  • Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct

WE grant YOU a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Platforms during the event period.

3. User Content

YOU retain ownership of any content YOU submit. By submitting content, YOU grant US a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content solely for Education Expo–related purposes, including promotional and archival use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

WE reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the event, participants, or Platforms, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, branding, content, and materials associated with Education Expo are the exclusive intellectual property of US or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WE disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, OUR total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by YOU for event registration.

7. Termination

WE may suspend or terminate YOUR access to the Platforms at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the event.
