These Terms and Conditions govern YOUR participation in and attendance at Education Expo 2026, organized by Education Expo (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”). By registering for, attending, or participating in the event, YOU agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise. YOU must provide accurate and complete registration information. Event access includes standard sessions and event areas. Additional services, premium sessions, or networking features may be charged separately.

2. Event Conduct

YOU agree to:

  • Follow all venue rules and event policies
  • Behave in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

WE reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant for misconduct, without refund or compensation.

3. Health and Safety

YOU attend the event at YOUR own risk. WE may implement health and safety measures in accordance with applicable regulations. YOU agree to comply with all safety, security, and health instructions provided at the venue or through official communications.

4. Photography and Recording

Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use only. By attending or participating as a speaker, exhibitor, or attendee, YOU grant US permission to photograph, record, and use such images, audio, or video materials for promotional, educational, marketing, or archival purposes without further consent or compensation.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

WE shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or disruption arising from circumstances beyond OUR reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, technical failures, or force majeure events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUR total liability shall not exceed the registration fees paid by YOU.

6. Cancellation or Changes

WE reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. Refunds, if any, will be issued solely at OUR discretion. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.

7. Disciplinary Action and Enforcement

WE reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate disciplinary action in the event of misconduct, breach of these Terms, or behavior that WE reasonably determine to be disruptive, unsafe, unethical, or harmful to the event, venue, participants, or reputation of Education Expo.

Such misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior
  • Violation of venue rules, event policies, or applicable laws
  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity
  • Damage to property or interference with event operations
  • Non-compliance with health, safety, or security instructions
  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions

Disciplinary measures may include warnings, suspension of access, removal from the event, cancellation of registration, or permanent exclusion from future events organized by US, without refund or compensation where permitted by law. WE shall not be liable for any loss arising from enforcement actions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation

Participation in Education Expo does not guarantee any academic, professional, commercial, or business outcomes. WE do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information provided by speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, or third parties. All content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, academic, or immigration advice.

WE do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party products, services, or conduct. WE are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, or related expenses. Uninterrupted access to facilities or digital platforms is not guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune.
